Reporters learned from the domestic airline yesterday that airlines have received notice that the domestic kerosene ex factory price will be reduced from 7501 yuan / ton in October to 7277 yuan / ton since November 1st, and the total cost of aviation oil purchase from China aviation oil will also be reduced to 7279 yuan / ton from 7503 yuan / ton in October, and the reduction rate is 224 yuan / ton.

This is the third reduction in the price of aviation oil this year. In the first two months, the ex factory price and comprehensive procurement cost of domestic aviation oil had been reduced by 100 yuan per ton per month.

In July this year, the national development and Reform Commission announced the implementation of aviation coal.

On the basis of the factory price, taking into account the changes in the quantity and price of aviation oil imported from China Aviation Oil, the comprehensive procurement cost price of aviation oil is determined. This price plus the price difference between airports at different airports is the price to be purchased by aviation companies from aviation oil.

At present, China Aviation (601111.SH, 00753.HK), 600115.SH (00670.HK), Southern Airlines (600029.SH; 01055.HK) aviation oil costs have exceeded 40% of the total cost, aviation oil expenditure is also the airline's largest cost.

The price of aviation oil is down again, which means that airlines' cost will drop.

Minsheng securities analyst Zhang Zhuo has predicted that the NYMEX oil price in the second half of this year is expected to hit 60 US dollars / barrel. It is expected that the oil price increase in 2011 will remain within 5%, and the fuel cost pressure of airlines will be significantly reduced in the second half of the year.

For airlines, the frequency of aviation fuel price adjustment also means that the adjustment frequency of fuel surcharge will increase in the domestic section.

According to reporters, airlines have not yet received notice of fuel surcharge reduction.

However, analysts expect that the fuel surcharges of major airlines will also be lowered in the next few days.
