Meeting Minutes FormatAgendaMatters To Be Discussed

Format of meeting minutes

(1) general situation of the meeting.

It mainly includes meeting time, place, name, host, participants, and basic agenda.

(two) the spirit and agreed matters of the conference.

The minutes of regular meetings, office meetings and routine work meetings generally include conference contents, agreed items, and some can also summarize the significance of agreed matters.

A summary of work conferences, professional meetings and seminars often involves writing experiences, practices, opinions, measures and requirements for future work.

Format and writing of meeting minutes

The minutes are generally divided into two parts.

The first part of the conference should generally state the general situation of the meeting, including the time, place, session, organizer, attendance and attendance list, moderator, etc.

Agenda

And the progress and the overall evaluation of the conference.

The second part is the central part of the summary, reflecting the main spirit, discussion and opinions of the conference.

Matters to be resolved

And so on.

According to the nature, scale, and issues of the meeting, there are roughly the following ways to write:

(1) centralized summary method.

This way of writing is to discuss the basic situation of the conference, discuss the main problems of the study, the understanding and agreement of the participants, including the measures, methods and requirements to solve the problems, and make a general exposition and explanation with the method of general description.

This kind of writing is mostly used for convening small conferences, and the problems discussed are centralized and single. The views are unified, easy to carry out, and relatively short.

If there are more topics in the conference, it can be divided into two parts.

(two) sub narratives.

Convening large or medium-sized meetings or conferences with more topics, generally adopt a method of subparagraph, that is to divide the main contents of the conference into several major problems, and then to label or subheadings, and write them separately.

This kind of writing focuses on horizontal analysis, content is relatively comprehensive, the problem is also relatively fine, often including the purpose, meaning, status analysis, as well as objectives, tasks, policies and measures.

This summary is generally used for meetings that need comprehensive understanding and in-depth implementation at the grass-roots level.

(three) speech summary method.

This way of writing is to sort out typical and representative speeches at the meeting, extract the main points and essence of the contents, and then explain them in accordance with the sequence of speeches or different contents.

This method can reflect the opinions of the participants faithfully.

Some of the meeting minutes according to the arrangement of the higher authorities need to know the different opinions of the participants.
